III. Testing:
Our each process, each parts will be tested by our each production department with professional fan motor testing facilities to keep the quality proved.
IV. Packing:
Each fan motor will be packed by waterproof packages, then put in the thick and good quality cartons, around the products, some protecting materials will be toegther, then we seal it carefully to make the complete packing. After, we pile them carefully on the good-quality pallets. Finally the outside covers waterproof materials again to make it stronger and avoid the delivery problems.

Application & Details
YDK series motors are motors with single phase, 4 poles and running at rated voltage of 220~240V, 50/60Hz or 110~120V, 60Hz .They are widely used in the end of central air conditioner and other air cooler equipment.
The output power is from 6W to 750W, which is relative to the stack length and coil parameters.
Resistence & thermal protection
The insulation class of motors is B, and the protection class of that is IP21. On request IP44 is avaliable
The motor,which output power less than 10W are impedance protection and the motors,which output is bigger than 10W,are thermal protection.The thermal protetor’s is 125ºC±5ºC,135ºC±5ºC or 150ºC±5ºC.
The applicable ambient temperatuer is from -30ºC~50ºC.

The average service life of motoer is over 20000 hours.
Most of motors passed CCC approval.
