Our items are created by present day computerized machinery and tools.a specialised supplier of a full variety of chains, sprockets, gears, gear racks, V-belts, couplings and reducers， pto shaft, agricultural gearboxes…. Much more importantly, we make special areas in accordance to equipped drawings/samples and warmly welcome OEM inquiries. EPT chains, the two regular and non-standard, are manufactured of: ○ Large high quality steels: proportions and adapted chemical composition for the different chain elements ○ The most productive production processes: • Unique strategy for the generation of bushes improving the chain use resistance ( EPT know-how) • Plates produced by multi-phase processing resources making certain a regular pitch ( EPT engineering) ○ Satisfactory mechanical and heat treatments of chain parts: • Shot peening • Floor ending • Case hardening, carbonitriding, quenching, tempering … • EPT®treatment • Freezing remedy • Corrosion safety coatings (GEOMET, zinc, nickel plating, …) The continued expansion of our ball bearings, mounted units and electricity transmission solution traces, along with our attention to element and quality, has permitted EPG to achieve wide acceptance to a assorted customer foundation.
