I. Manual Wire Winding Machine Introduction:
Electric Motor Coil Winding Transformer Machine Production Line is widely used to wind various sizes of small and medium-sized transformer coils, with simple operation method. When the machine tool is connected to the power supply (three-phase AC 380V), the change-over switch is activated and the power indicator light is on, indicating that the machine tool has been powered on. At this point, as long as the operator treads on the foot switch, the winding machine can start operation. The gearbox of this machine tool adopts gear shifting, with controlled by AC frequency converter. It consists of a gearbox and a tailstock and tailstock track. The worm gear in the gearbox is made of rare earth aluminum alloy material, with strong wear resistance. Worm-gear transmission has a good self-loc ept feature. If the gear shift is needed, you only need to shift to the desired gear by a fork handle, to achieve a reasonable speed. The machine starts steadily, with stable bra ept performance, low noise, and convenient and flexible operation.
