JTW Series Machine Screw Jack

ept JTW series machine screw jack is also known as worm gear machine screw jacks or machine screw mechanical actuators. JTW series machine screw jack incorporates an alloy steel or stainless steel worm shaft which drives a high strength bronze worm gear (drive sleeve). Load capacity from 1 ton to 100 ton as standard. Translating screw and rotating screw configurations, anti-rotation (keyed) design option. Each model has three worm gear ratios and single screw lead as standard, customized double screw leads. Worm shaft is rotated by a handwheel (hand wheel manual machine screw jack) or by an electric motor (electric machine screw jack). Can be connected together in screw jack lift systems so that multiple units can be operated and controlled together.
